Thank you for choosing WatchBase for your next watch face. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund window: 48 hours • Evidence required

1 Digital Product Nature

All watch faces sold through Google Play are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the product is a digital good and that delivery begins immediately.

2 Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The watch face does not function at all on a compatible device running a supported version of Wear OS.
  • The watch face materially differs from the features or design elements explicitly described on its official Google Play Store listing.
  • The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.
Note: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3 Proof Requirement

Refunds are not issued based solely on user statements or claims.

If a user reports an issue eligible for a refund, we explicitly require verifiable proof, which may include:

  • A short video recording, and/or
  • Clear photographic evidence demonstrating the reported issue

The required form of proof depends on the nature of the issue. Refund requests submitted without sufficient evidence will be declined.

4 Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The watch face functions as described, but the user is dissatisfied with the design, colors, layout, or text size.
  • The watch face was purchased on the wrong Google account, cannot be installed due to account-related issues, or was purchased for an incompatible device.
  • A feature, complication, or behavior changes, becomes unavailable, or displays differently due to Wear OS updates, Google system changes, or manufacturer firmware updates (e.g., Samsung or other brands).
  • The device manufacturer does not update Wear OS, resulting in incompatibility with newer watch faces.
  • The watch face becomes unavailable due to discontinued hardware, unsupported Wear OS versions, or hardware limitations.
  • Installation or usage issues caused by Google Play Store errors, regional restrictions, synchronization problems, or user configuration.

4A User Responsibility & User-Related Issues

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from a user’s lack of familiarity with their device or with Wear OS, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to install watch faces due to user error, incorrect steps, or misunderstanding of the installation process.
  • Difficulty operating the watch or using basic Wear OS functions.
  • Inability to customize the watch face due to unfamiliarity with watch face settings, complications, or system customization options.
  • Issues caused by device misconfiguration, user permissions/settings, or incorrect app/watch settings.

In addition, we are not responsible for errors or issues caused by Wear OS, device software, or device hardware, including changes introduced after operating system or firmware updates. Such matters are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Support commitment: Even when a refund is not applicable, we are happy to help you troubleshoot, install, and customize your watch face. We take pride in our work and aim to provide the best possible experience and support.

5 Platform & Third-Party Disclaimer

We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or removals made by third parties, including but not limited to Google, Samsung, or other device manufacturers, or Wear OS system updates, APIs, and complication behavior.

We do not guarantee that features will continue to function indefinitely if external platforms, operating systems, or device manufacturers change their software, policies, or hardware support.

6 Preview Before Purchase

Users are strongly encouraged to preview watch faces before purchasing.

Wear OS includes Google Play on compatible devices, allowing users to view full-screen screenshots of watch faces directly on their watch prior to purchase.

7 Abuse & Repeated Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, suspected abuse of refund policies, or any activity violating Google Play policies or applicable digital-content regulations.
