Delete your Watch Base account
If you’d like to delete your Watch Base account and the data associated with it, here’s how.
Step 1 — Email us
Send a deletion request to support@watchbase.store from the email address you used to sign up.
Include in the message:
- The email address on your Watch Base account.
- A short confirmation that you want the account deleted (a single sentence is fine).
Step 2 — We confirm
We’ll reply within a few business days to confirm we received the request and to ask any clarifying questions. If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days of that confirmation, we’ll proceed with deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- Any data linked to your account in our systems.
What we keep
- Records of past purchases for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years, anonymized where possible).
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics that can’t be tied back to you.
About your Google Play purchase
Deleting your Watch Base account does not cancel or refund your Google Play purchase — that’s controlled by Google Play. See our refund policy if you want a refund as well.
