Refund policy

If the Watch Base app isn’t for you, you can get your money back. We’d rather have happy customers than your $30.

The fast path: Google Play

Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request an automatic refund through your Google Play order history:

  1. Open Play Store on your phone.
  2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptionsBudget & order history.
  3. Find the Watch Base purchase, tap it, and choose Refund.

This is the quickest route — Google handles it without us in the loop.

After 48 hours

Google’s self-service window closes after two days, but ours doesn’t. If you’re unhappy with the app within 14 days of purchase, email support@watchbase.store from the Google account you bought with, and we’ll refund you manually.

Things we can’t refund

  • Purchases more than 14 days old.
  • Purchases made through a different account than the one contacting us (we have no way to verify them).
  • Cosmetic preferences once you’ve had the app for weeks — the free faces are there to help you decide before paying.
